Pakistan Working on Diabetic Foot (PWGDF)
Pakistan Working on Diabetic Foot (PWGDF) organized the “Diabetic Foot Symposium” in collaboration with Baqai Institute of Diabetology and Endocrinology on22nd to 24th August 2014 at Hotel Regent Plaza, Karachi. The objective was to discuss the current practices in Diabetic Foot management, to provide hands-on skills to the participants and to share the valued experiences. The training encompassed a wide horizon of diabetic foot problem, including prevention and early diagnosis, clinical & surgical management and recent advances in targeted therapies for diabetic foot. Practical workshops were the distinctive feature of this symposium.
